About us
Company owner, Malcolm McMichael set up Kavanagh Project Services Ltd in 2022.
Malcolm entered the house building industry in 1992 as a Quantity Surveyor and throughout his career has held various positions within large, medium and small housing developers across North-East and Central Scotland.
